Meet John Mahoney

John is an accomplished attorney with a wealth of experience in first-party insurance litigation. He focuses on representing homeowners whose property has been damaged during a storm or hurricane, making him a powerful advocate for property owners in Florida. Early in his career, John defended insurance companies in property, liability, and construction cases.  This experience gives him valuable insight into the strategies insurers use, which he now leverages to fight for the rights of his fellow Floridians.

John holds a law degree from Ave Maria School of Law and a business degree from Penn State. With his broad experience and client-centered approach, John is ready to tackle Florida's most challenging property damage cases.
